Svein-Tore Griff With (Falcon) is the founder of H5P and one of the creators of several successful e-learning concepts and their associated companies in Norway. He has been involved in ed-tech and open source for 15 years, created three different authoring tools for interactive content and maintained open source software used on tens of thousands of websites. 

Griff With has been involved in concept development, project management, architecture, system design, instructional design and coding of both e-learning technologies and e-learning applications.  

The Norwegian open source enthusiast has a masters degree in industrial engineering and technology management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology with a technical specialization in computer science.
